Planning for the future

There are future plans for this blog but for now I am testing this new Beta Blogger posting before transferring my main blog over. There are still some known issues for beta Blogger that I would like to see resolved before doing so. Head over to the known issues and have a look.

So far I love how easy it is to use. The idea of add and arrange page elements is fantastic.

What does this mean?

I can click on an element that has links, image or even text and drag to a different spot on the page to improve the flow of my space.

What I like I can change the template layout and only need to change my colours to what I want. None of my links or page elements are lost by the template change over.

My first painting to be posted here is a postcard size watercolour, which was painted at an earlier time.

Hi Susan, I came across your blog from your comments in BlogU website. Wow! I must say your paintings are beautiful! I hope my daughter will be as skilled an artist as you one day. Hope you don't mind me linking your blog to my little girl's online art gallery -
"My Lil Picasso"
.

Btw, I too just changed my main blog to beta blogger and am finding it a real gem when it comes to customising and designing the layout of my blog. :)

Thank you for visiting and I don't mind at all the link on your daughters blog. She had a good imagination.

Blogger is so much easier now to tweak and like you think it is a gem. I like what you have done with your own.

I like the use of color that makes the flower stand out, and the suttle presence of the vines and leaves in the back. Nice piece!

The colours in this one are just wonderful!I could see this in a much larger version also.

Hi there Maggie, thanks for the comment. My images with my artwork online are as large as I will allow.

Did you click on the thumbnail for a larger image? If you did and the larger image still seems small, try holding down Ctrl and press + on your keyboard a number of times to make the image larger.

Oh, Susan, Sorry.......I should have written........I could see the composition painted as a much larger painting.....sorry. Should make my thoughts clearer. (lol)

Oh dear, Maggie I am also sorry because it is me that should have read more carefully what I wrote.

It has been a very long day here with my brain slow on the uptake. I do appreciate what you have said and when I think about it; yes a larger version of this would really work. :D

Good grief...I had to edit this because of grammar..sigh!
